Charlotte Pipe 4″x3″ Reducing Wye. This hubxhub fitting connects a reducing branch line into a horizontal drain pipe. It can also be used with a “twist-lik” plug to provide a cleanout in a drain pipe. Made of durable PVC, it is rated for use in non-potable water applications and is NSF certified.
