Keeper 2-Pack 10′ Ratchet Tie Down with a working load limit of 300 lb. and a break strength of 900 lb. It is compact and has non-marring, vinyl coated S hooks. The ratchets provide maximum tensioning with minimum force. The hi test webbing exceeds the needs of demanding applications. It has a spring loaded release mechanism that prevents the ratchet from opening accidentally. It is DOT/CHP specified.
